More About Me

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Morgan worked as an assistant equestrian trainer for Teresa Leahy Training. This hunter/jumper show barn in Enumclaw specializes in the training of horses and students of all different ages, abilities and levels of experience. Morgan’s equestrian training and competing experiences have taught her that patience, persistence, strong listening and communication skills bring great success. She knows that not everyone sees things the same way, and not all communication is verbal. Morgan believes that it’s important to customize her approach and cater to the needs of different individuals to find out what truly works best for each person in order to create a trusting and lasting relationship.

Utilizing these communication skills Morgan is able to see beyond her client’s perceptible needs and concerns to educate them throughout the home buying or selling process with transparency and ease. She knows that buying a home is one of life’s major decisions. Her goal is to make the process as stress free as possible, hopefully even exciting, by keeping her clients well informed, maintaining constant communication, and building relationships with her clients to gain trust. Combining communication and relationship skills with her marketing degree, Morgan’s passion is staying educated on the real estate market and the latest marketing trends that allow her to provide a customized, personalized experience unparalleled in the industry.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: The one thing we know for sure is that no one transaction or person are the same. I am passionate about getting to know my clients and making sure we build trust and benefit from strong communication to aid in the process of buying or selling their home. I want this to be one of the most fun and exciting things someone does in their life!

Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?

A: WPP is full of vibrant individuals who are ready and willing to help in your successes. I am excited to be a part of this family and be a vital part of their success!

More About Me

When clients invite REALTOR® Riley Holder into their lives, Riley embraces the opportunity with devoted authenticity. He goes to bat for you like he would for his own family, which means respecting your criteria and wishes (like you would when Mom and Dad shared a new family rule), protecting you (just like you’d protect a younger sibling), and hanging out with you (just like you would with your favorite uncle!). And of course, most importantly, Riley is committed to being authentic with his clients, just like you would be with anyone in your family.

Before real estate, Riley was in the restaurant industry for 10 years, 5 of which were in executive management. He started out as a busser and worked just about every position until he reached Chief Operations Officer over 5 restaurants and one brewery. Before his time in a management role, Riley was taught how to provide excellent customer service, how to help his peers, and how to be accountable to a team. During his time as a manager, Riley developed his “why.”

Riley lives in Central Tacoma near 6th Ave, and outside of real estate, he’s passionate about his golden retriever “Growler,” his loving girlfriend Morgan, and the YMCA.

Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?

A: Before I joined WPP, I attended a few of their social gatherings. The people in WPP reminded me of all the positive qualities of people working in the restaurant industry. They are friendly, outgoing, warm, driven, intelligent and just interesting. After joining, I can see how WPP is a magnet for the amazing people I met during those events. Their support system is bar none and it starts at the top. Their owners hold company meetings multiple times a week every week. The managers at each office are as hands-on as you would like, even walking you through a 4-week on-boarding system and beyond. The admin staff is extremely attentive and always there when you need them. The agents in the office are very supportive to new agents and in my experience go out of their way to offer advice when you ask. On top of all that, the amount of training material, stats, resources, classes, etc. is an endless pool that you could swim in for your entire real estate career. Like I said, bar none.
